100% Racecraft goggles

The small frame works well with almost any helmet, open or full-face. Good ventilation means the lens rarely fogs up, even on muggy days. Clear and tinted versions are included, along with 20 tear-offs for muddy racing. Replacement lenses can be found easily, from $12. All this makes the $90 price good value. We liked the fit for the most part, although the frame is a bit narrow. We found the Racecrafts pinched our noses just a little. The field of view isn’t the best – the tear-off tabs can be seen in your peripheral vision – although we didn’t find this much of an issue when riding. Price $90

100% Accuri goggles

SO GOOD… Time after time we just kept coming back to the Accuris. They’re seriously comfy and the field of vision is more than big enough – we particularly like the raised brow of the frame, which helps keep it out of sight.

100% Aircraft Full-Face Helmet

NOT ONLY IS the newAircraft one of the sweetest looking lids to ever grace a downhill racer’s noggin, it’s also got a spec list full of tech.

100% Ridefit gloves

Out of the three pairs of gloves that 100% sent for our consideration, the Ridefit was easily my favorite. It wasn’t difficult to knock the iTrack model out of the running because the factory decided not to finish them prior to sending them out.

100% Simi gloves

THE NEW SIMI gloves from 100% use perforated leather on the back of the hand for protection and a thin Clarino palm for maximum grip and feel, and look very similar to Giro's excellent Remedy Xs.

100% Celium & Airmatic gloves

SINCE RELAUNCHING WITH a well-received range of goggles, 100% have quickly expanded into casual clothing, sunglasses and gloves, with more of the latter being added to their line for 2015.

100% Accuri goggles

SO GOOD Although 100% are still fairly new to the downhill scene, they've already made quite an impact The Accuris are their mid-range goggles, offering plenty of mountain biking friendly features.

100% iTrack gloves

SO GOOD Sometimes, less really is more. The iTracks’ superb fit and comfort mean you just don’t notice them when you’re riding, which is great. The palm is nice and thin and doesn’t bunch up when gripping the bar either. The thick mesh on the back allows your hands to breathe but still keeps the chill at bay on colder days. The neoprene cuff is secure without feeling restrictive, and it’s thin enough that you don’t get sweaty. The fact these are just under 30$ is a big plus.
