SO GOOD
Scott's 3L DRYOsphere fabric does a great job of keeping the rain out without feeling clammy on the inside when you're pedalling hard.
The elasticated drawcord with cord stopper allows quick and easy waist adjustment, and grippers on the inside of the waistband help keep the shorts in place even when they're caked in mud. There's enough length in the leg to keep your knees covered and small Velcro adjusters at the leg openings let you batten down the hatches when it's really grim out.
NO GOOD
The small zipped pocket at the rear is handy but awkward to use, especially when the zip is caked in mud.
