Ragley Stubbing Evo stem

SO GOOD
This distinctive looking 7075 alloy stem has a zero rise and low 30mm stack height, which will help those looking to lower their bar height or with a short fork steerer.

Despite its small size, we couldn’t feel any flex out on the trails. Substantial machining means our 55mm version weighed only 179g, and the finish matches that of more expensive stems. We like Ragley’s ‘Lock-Down’ bar clamp system, where you tighten the two top bolts fully, leaving tensioning to the bottom bolts.

NO GOOD
We’d like to see bolts bigger than 4mm on such a heavy-duty stem. It’s also a shame there isn’t a shorter option.

PRICE 69$

Utah based company ENVE have been making drool-worthy carbon components for some years now. Despite the fact that carbon rims are becoming more and more common on mountain bikes these days, you can guarantee that ENVE wheels will be a talking point when someone is eyeing off a steed. Instantly, the big bold logos on each rim scream "fast", "light" and to some extent, "expensive" The kids call this 'bling'.
