Alpinestars Moab gloves

WE LIKE the Moabs' thin palm, which has been reinforced strategically to improve durability. Alpinestars have done a good job with the shaping and fit too, creating a glove that feels comfortable and doesn't bunch when you're gripping the bar.

The padding on the outer knuckles helps ward off bramble and branch strikes, but, just like the extended cuff and terry cloth section on the upper, contributes to quick heat build-up, making the gloves a touch sweaty on warmer days. That extended cuff can feel a little restrictive too, as well as interfering with your watch if you wear one, which doesn't take long to become irritating.

CANYON NERVE AL 8.0
