Mortop STG stem

AVAILABLE IN FOUR lengths offering between 32mm and 70mm of reach, the STC stem is firmly aimed at the more aggressive rider.

Our 50mm test stem tipped the scales at 145g, which is pretty respectable for a hard hitter. The machining detail is impressive too and the finish looks great.

The two-piece faceplate's width ensures it's plenty stiff enough, even with a wide bar bolted in place. It's nice to see 5mm Allen bolts all round, so there are no qualms about getting the bolts torqued up nice and tight.

Gusset Magnum stem

SO GOOD Gusset’s 50mm stem is nicely CNC machined from 7075 alloy and the faceplate and internal steerer clamp are available in a range of five anodised colours to complement the black body. The hidden steerer clamp keeps sharp edges to a minimum and removes stress from the body of the stem. Out on the bike, the stem proved flex free and bombproof.
